Welcome to the Website for the Israel Visa Application Centre (VAC)

The Embassy of Israel is pleased to announce the opening of their Visa Application Centres operated by VFS Global Services Private Limited in New Delhi & Mumbai.

The visa applications are to be submitted at any of our Visa Application Centre at New Delhi or Mumbai. All applications will be assessed by The Embassy of Israel, located in New Delhi and The Consulate General of Israel, located in Mumbai. We offer the option of courier service for return of passports, directly at your doorstep.(Subject to availability of the courier facility in the said location)

For Prospective Applicants
Applicants who wish to apply for a Visa, are requested to kindly read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed on this site are to help you prepare your documents as accurately as possible. This will reduce the chances of your application being incomplete or not being processed.

The Israel Visa Application Centre would accept applications for A2 (Student), B1(Employment / Work), B2 (Business / Tourist) Visa categories . The applications shall be submitted by VFS to The Embassy of Israel in New Delhi and Consulate General of Israel in Mumbai.

Please note that you may be required to appear before a Visa Officer at The Embassy of Israel or the Consulate General of Israel in Mumbai prior to a decision being taken on your application. The Visa Application Centre shall help you to take an appointment for the same.

Physically challenged applicants are requested to contact our helpline prior to visiting our centre to submit your application so that we may offer you the best possible assistance.
Applicants are required to read the Security guidelines carefully which would in turn increase their convenience at VFS.

New Visa Application Procedure at the Embassy of Israel in New Delhi and Consulate General of Israel in Mumbai.

Application procedure

From 24^th April 2009, The VFS Israel Visa Application Centre located at International Trade Tower,S-2 Level, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019, and from 22^nd May 2009, The VFS Israel Visa Application Centre located at Plot No.25, Aurum House,Ground Floor, DadySheth Lane, Adjacent to Babulnath Temple, Babulnath, Mumbai 400 007. will accept visa applications from Indian applicants and foreign nationals residing in India with valid resident permit for India who wish to travel to Israel. VFS will submit all such visa applications to the Embassy of Israel located in New Delhi and Consulate General of Israel in Mumbai.

Timings for submission of applicants applying from Delhi will be:

0900 - 1200: Applicants / Representatives / Travel Agents

1300 - 1600: Applicants / Representatives

1300 - 1600: Collection of Passports

Timings for submission of applicants applying from Mumbai will be:

0900 - 1200: Applicants / Representatives / Travel Agents Agents

1300 - 1600: Applicants / Representatives

0900 - 1200 &
1300 - 1600: Collection of Passports

Applications from holders of diplomatic and official passports can submit their applications at the VFS centres by paying the logistic charges. They can also submit their applications directly at the Embassy / Consulate.

VFS shall accept applications for the following visa categories for Israel VAC in Delhi and Mumbai : -

A2 (Student), B1(Employment / Work), B2 (Business / Tourist) and Visa categories , for submission at The Embassy of Israel in New Delhi and Consulate General of Israel in Mumbai.
